    Huge Disappointment

    I ordered this kit on December 9th, the website stated that orders ship within 2 business days. It is now January 4th and I still have not received it. Last communication I received from your company was on December 20th stating there was a backlog from black Friday and the would email me once it shipped. I have reached out twice since then and have gotten no response.

    Rockwell Eco shave kit

    A very beautiful shave kit well worth the money spent. The T2 razor is beautiful and gives a great shave I ordered the rose gold and it’s stunning the brush is very good it lathers well and the soap gives you that old school barbershop scent.
    My only complaint the shipping and customer service I received when a week later my order still hadn’t shipped it took many emails and messages to finally get a response I received the kit much later than I expected. Overall Rockwell products are some of the best on the market.
