Shipping rates and delivery

United States: Free economy shipping on orders of US$45 or more; US$7 below that threshold. Express shipping is US$25.

Canada: Free standard shipping on orders of CA$45 or more. Standard shipping is CA$10 on orders below CA$45.

United Kingdom: Free standard shipping on orders of £45 or more; £10 below that threshold.

Europe: Free standard shipping on eligible orders of US$45 or more, or the equivalent in your checkout currency; otherwise US$15 or its checkout-currency equivalent.

Other destinations: DHL shipping is calculated at checkout. Availability, final rates and currency are shown before you pay. See our shipping policy.

Available delivery estimates are shown at checkout: US economy 5–8 business days; US express 2–3 business days; Canada standard 3–8 business days; Europe standard 8–10 business days. For the UK and other destinations, refer to the available service at checkout.

These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates; processing, carrier and customs delays can affect delivery.

Duties and import charges

United States: No import duties or tariffs apply to orders shipped to the United States.

Other international destinations, including the UK and Europe: Import duties, VAT, taxes and customs or handling fees may apply. These charges vary by destination and are the responsibility of the recipient. Your local customs authority can provide information about applicable charges.

For these other international destinations, if customs charges are refused and the order is returned, shipping costs are not refundable.

Shipping Terms

Rockwell Razors is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or delayed shipments or damaged freight by the freight carriers after they have been dispatched.

Rockwell Razors cannot be held responsible / liable for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. The customer accepts full responsibility to file any claim(s) with carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments.

We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info.
