Rockwell T2 Dial Adjustable Stainless Steel Safety Razor

It's a great product that works flawlessly. However, the shipping process is extremely long and there's a lack of communication from the company.

This has become my go-to razor, and I have ordered a second one for traveling. I use the 3.9 setting, and it is the perfect mix of super close shave with getting nicked up.

I transitioned from a Merkur 34c. I wanted something adjustable because most of the time I shave every day and want a very mild shave, but occasionally I'll let it grow out and want to bump up the setting. I find a 2 on the T2 SS to be a tad more mild but just as efficient as the Merkur 34c. There is 0 blade feel, and the razor is incredibly well balanced. I find that a Bic chromium platinum blade works best in this razor. The build is premium. One thing I noticed is that if you close the butterfly doors without a blade, it looks very slightly uneven. With the blade loaded, it becomes perfectly even. The blade exposure is perfectly symmetrical on both sides. Blade loading is a breeze and much more intuitive than my Merkur 34c. Overall, I love it and trust it will be cherished for many years to come.

Comparison of ROCKWELL 6C and T2
Both are mild types, but you can feel the difference in their characteristics.
6C: Has a sense of weight.
Uses a 6 head, is mild, and provides a solid shave.
T2: Used at setting 6 (even though it's the same 6 as the 6C, the T2 is more aggressive).
The sound when shaving and the vibrations felt in the hand are sharp and pleasant.
Some people say that with adjustments to the settings, this one razor is all you need.
Depending on the shaving area, the size of the head (GAME CHANGER, 316, 37c are thinner) can be a concern.
Compared to the Muhle R41, the T2 is a model student, while the R41 is a dangerously aggressive razor...

If the Rex adjustable slant Konsul version of the T2 comes out, I would probably buy it even if it's expensive.

Price: I paid RM 1,556.20 for the main unit + customs duties + shipping + currency exchange fees.
A few points of concern: Manufacturing, assembly, and initial quality checks are done in China (I think this is for cost reduction, but to avoid having technology stolen...).

Absolutely the best shaving experience I've ever had. I highly recommend the T2. I'm not sure if the stainless improves the shaving experience but it definably looks and feels like a top quality product.

This razor is smooth easy to use, very secure moving parts. Locks into place very tight without any play. Feels good in the hand, load blades very simple, the twist for tightness is on the bottom instead of top, this way you won't accidently loosen it during shaving very good design. Uses 316 marine grade stainless steel is a plus. Presentation box very nice, even has razor leather head cover for travel. I used it so far 3 times differents blade absolutely ... excellent razor.
