The razor looks solid and the stainless steel material seems durable. However, the overall finishing feels a bit rough for a product in this price range.

The threading of the handle could also be improved. When reassembling the razor, it sometimes takes a few attempts to align and screw it in properly. With higher-quality razors the thread usually catches immediately and closes very smoothly.

The handle texture feels quite rough in the hand and not very comfortable during use. Personally, I also don’t see much benefit in the coating. Polished stainless steel would probably look more refined and feel nicer to hold.

Overall, it’s not a bad razor, but for this price I expected a bit more precision and refinement in the machining and finishing.

Fantastic razor. Worth every penny. Best safety razor I've ever used by far, and I've used quite a few.

A serious improvement to my morning routine. This is my third Rockwell razor - a very smooth and close shave. Rockwell rocks!

So far 2-3 days into use, have been very satisfied with the product, love that i am able to adjust gaps in the blade from the comb so that i can better fine tune my likings, in addition to being able to trial different blades. I will likely stay with feather but the included razors are nice as well. The only thing that is missing is that the stand is a seperate add on. In such a premium product that had excellent packaging and rich features i feel that it would not be a terrible decision to add in the stand as a lower additional cost option, 30$ on sale/40$ is a bit steep for just a pencil holder.

I haven’t even used the razor. I’m pretty sure it will shave something like my 6s or one of my 6c’s. I have the razor in the very middle of my collection. I don’t plan on using her, just wanted the razor in my collection.

Excellent build quality. Buy it for life. I appreciate the ability to change blade aggressiveness with the 6 different base plate profiles. High recommend.

When it was new the tip of the handle was matte black like it was supposed to be but after 5 shaves you could see it became shiny even after i put clipper oil on all the friction and contact points when it was right out the box
